Why Winter Temperature Control Matters
Our stone CNC center is located in northern China, where winter temperatures can drop as low as -15°C. In conditions this cold, repeated thermal expansion and contraction of machine components can gradually cause the equipment to lose precision.
24/7 Heating for Stable Machining Accuracy
To protect against this, we run air heaters around the clock, maintaining a constant indoor temperature of approximately 20°C. This stable environment keeps the machines performing at their best and preserves machining accuracy throughout the winter season.
Reducing Heat Loss in the Workshop
As shown here, the ceiling is covered with a layer of plastic film. This simple measure helps trap heat inside the workshop and reduces heat loss, making the heating system more efficient.
